Peanut Butter Fudge with Pretzels
It was almost midnight and I wanted to make something for my team at work. Something quick, sweet and indulgent. When I am pressed for time haystacks and fudge are my two go to options. So I decided to make a very simple four ingredient fudge.
Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Pretzels – what’s not to love!
3 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips)
2 tbsp Peanut Butter (I used creamy, but I am very sure crunchy will be great as well)
I can condensed milk
About 25 pieces small pretzels
1. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, and grease the foil.
2. Combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until almost melted, remove from heat and continue to stir until smooth.
3. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.
4. Place the pretzels on top and gently press them to the fudge
5.Chill for 2-3 hours, then cut into pieces of desired shape.
Enjoy! and store the leftovers in the refrigerator.
